Milutin Sridevich, the former coach of Zamalek, criticized Patrice Carteron’s sudden departure from the White Knight’s training.
“I respect Carteron and all the teams he coached, but I don’t know what movement he did, and for whose interest?” Said Micho.
“His departure from Zamalek shortly before the end of the African Championship and leaving the club, which has millions of fans, is strange and unfair. The departure of a coach who is about to enter history with any team is strange,” he said in his comments on Ontime Sports.
About his career with Zamalek, Micho said, “I left Zamalek due to circumstances that occurred, and I ended my relationship with Zamalek in a friendly way and I am happy with that.”
“I was at the same level as Gross, with Zamalek, when he lost to Gormahia by four at the beginning of the Confederation Championship, and I lost to Mazembe by three at the beginning of the Champions League,” said Micho.
He revealed, “For the first time, I want to clarify something that no one knows. I went through a health tragedy while in Uganda and South Africa, but because of my fighting spirit that loves to win, I succeeded in overcoming it.”
And he continued, “I was living with all my being with the Zamalek team and interfering in everything myself, but the bad situation that happened put it in limbo.”
Micho praised Mortada Mansour, saying: “I have all respect for Murtada Mansour, President of Zamalek, and you must look at him from all sides. First, you hear what he says and understand it well, then leave some time for him to calm down and learn what is inside him, for he has a good heart.”
He continued, saying: “Murtaza Mansour is the doctor of mental games in the continent of Africa.”
He explained, “Mortada Mansour deceived Esperance in the African Super Cup and showed everyone that he would not participate in the match and would not travel to Qatar, but the team fought the confrontation and won the title. Murtaza Mansour is an expert in laws and some do not like him and others love him but he is successful in his position.”
The former Zamalek coach sent a message to the club president, saying: “I tell him that I learned a lot from him and met him 7 times. Every word he said was well studied, and I thank him for the period during which I worked under his presidency in Zamalek.”
Micho touched on Mustafa Mohamed, saying: “Any coach finds in Mustafa Mohamed everything he wishes as a child who is still developing a lot and is a great striker.”
And he continued, “When I saw his goal in Al-Ahly, which is similar to the goals of Drogba and Diego Costa, I remembered the individual sessions in which I was coaching him to score goals from two touches.”
Micho wished, “I hope he is not like Amr Zaki and that he is more mature on the field and off the field and I think he will reach far in football.”
He concluded, “The name Zamalek is the best in the Zamalek team, which makes it a strong candidate to win every tournament that he participates in.”
