New York Governor Andrew Cuomo says life-saving respirators are no longer available and states that states do not have the capacity to deal with a public health emergency.
On CNN’s global forum, with Dr. Sanjay Gupta and Anderson Cooper, Cuomo said they are exploring alternatives to deal with the shortage of respirators due to the inability to buy more and competition against other states in the country to obtain them.
