The Red Cross Employment Plan expands its service with the signing of an agreement with El Corte Inglés. A commitment that is formalized today with three agreements that will allow the realization of non-labor training practices in the company. As a result of this collaboration, four people are currently being trained at the Ramón y Cajal and Marineda City centers.
The objective is to promote labor insertion through training. Specifically, it seeks to promote youth employment, social inclusion and the improvement of employability for asylum seekers and international protection.

Participants receive training in different fields, such as kitchen helper or auxiliary trade activities. They join the practices for about 80 hours. The agreement has been signed by the president of the Red Cross in Galicia, María del Carmen Colmeiro, and the regional director of El Corte Inglés, Javier Esteban.
