“This is not the time to move towards meals inside restaurants,” the mayor said at a press conference.
“I think we all share the concern that eating inside a restaurant has become problematic,” he added in relation to the soaring of cases of the Covid-19 disease in other states of the country that quickly decreed the reopening.
In New York “we will wait for proof that we can do it safely,” he said.
