The regional president and the councilor for welfare summarize the main changes that characterize the guidelines for starting school activities. These were passed on by Lombardy region to all territorial health authorities and schools of all types and levels. The prescriptions were defined by the General Welfare Directorate and shared with the representatives of the Pediatricians and General Practitioners.
Maximum protection for teaching staff and students

ATS and ASST will guarantee test results within hours

The buffer points are defined by the ATS / AASST coordination and are accessible every day, from Monday to Saturday and for at least 4 hours during the morning. The laboratories process the swabs on the same day and upload the results to the Electronic Health Record and the ‘swab flow’ by 11 pm. ATS, doctors and paediatricians can view the results using the appropriate dashboards or dedicated IT tools. The ATS also guarantee the training and information support necessary in the area for school representatives and families.
The Lombardy Region then clarified son the use of masks at school with reference to the regional ordinance n. 604 of 10 September.
