The source explained that many volunteers come daily, but some of them are afraid to complete the experiment after discussing all matters related to it, and leave the place completely freely.
On Saturday, Dr. Hala Zayed, Minister of Health and Population, announced the start of conducting clinical trials in its third phase on the emerging coronavirus vaccine (Covid-19), which is subject to the third phase of clinical trials, as part of an integrated package that includes research on potential vaccines and cooperation in The field of manufacturing, if proven effective, in the framework of cooperation with the Chinese government and the UAE healthcare company G42.
She pointed out that these experiments were called “for the sake of humanity” and are taking place in 4 Arab countries, and a new precedent is being achieved through the participation of volunteers in each of (the UAE, Bahrain, Jordan and Egypt), noting that the target of these experiments is 45 thousand respondents worldwide, and they have been conducted. To date, he pointed out that Egypt is supposed to participate in these experiments through 6 thousand respondents, as the participants in those experiments will receive two doses of vaccination, including 21 days, while following the study participants for a full year.
