„Proceedings in cases for the determination of gender. A guide for judges and attorneys ”- this publication was praised on Twitter by Ombudsman Adam Bodnar. His entry met with a strong response from the judge of the Constitutional Tribunal, prof. Krystyna Pawłowicz and Deputy Minister Janusz Kowalski.
Adam Bodnar |whose five-year term Ombudsman ended on Wednesday, he posted on Twitter in which he boasted of the publication … on legal procedures related to “gender determination”.
„Proceedings in cases for the determination of gender. A guide for judges and attorneys “- is a collection of current jurisprudence of Polish and European courts prepared by the BRPO experts, supplemented with comments and recommendations in this regard
– wrote the RPO, adding the rainbow flag icon before the entry.
Bodnar’s entry caused a stir. He reacted, inter alia, deputy minister Janusz Kowalskiengaging in polemics with the Ombudsman.
The Ombudsman for Ideology #LGBT @Adbodnar (not to be confused with the Ombudsman) gives further evidence of how he has compromised this important constitutional body. Have you seen the guide for citizens affected by the reprivatisation mafia activities published by the BRPO experts?
The politician asked.
Dear Mr. Minister, your political hero, President Lech Kaczyński (thank you for the book) awarded Ewa Hołuszko with the Officer’s Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta. This guide is a help for the same people as Ms. Ewa. A little more understanding
– replied the RPO.
Sir! So I am asking for service for Poland, and not for the rainbow circles, whose symbol is so eagerly displayed by the Lord. Such provocations lower the rank of the continuing body – the Ombudsman. In your empathy, please follow the example from @ZiobroPL, which helps the aggrieved
Kowalski replied.
Judge from the Constitutional Tribunal also spoke strongly prof. Krystyna Pawłowicz.
Sir @ Adbodnar, in the Republic of Poland all authorities ALSO COURTS, CAN ONLY act “on the basis and within the limits of the law” – art.7 Constitution. That is, in order to adjudicate in ALL cases, also the so-called sex change – there MUST be a basis in the ACT, NOT in the jurisprudence and opinions, and the Act on gender reassignment
– she wrote on Twitter.
Mr. Adam Bodnar, please read my information for your knowledge provided below. So far, there is NO law on any “gender change” in Poland. Courts cannot adjudicate on the basis of their own views, i.e. their judgments or the opinions of foreign experts ONLY under the ACT
– added judge TK.
