Coronavirus Tuscany 12 September: 138 new cases. Average age 42 years – Chronicle

Florence, 11 September 2020 – Sono 138 new cases of coronavirus registered in last 24 hours and branched out in the early afternoon of Saturday 12 September. Friday 11 the new cases had been 147.

It communicates it the region in the usual bulletin. The swabs performed in the last 24 hours were 6698. Of the 138 cases, 68 were identified through tracking activities, 70 instead by screening activities.

The average age is 42

The average age of 138 cases today is 42 years old (23% are under 26 years old, 26% between 26 and 40 years old, 38% between 41 and 65 years old, 13% are over 65 years old) and, as regards the clinical states, 64% are result asymptomatic, 24% pauci-symptomatic.

Where do the infections come from?

Of the 138 positives today, 5 almost they can be linked to returns from abroad. 1 case can be linked to returns from other Italian regions (Sardinia). 7 cases identified thanks to the controls activated in the ports and stations with the ordinance n.80 of the Tuscany Region, of which 1 referable to a citizen residing outside the region. 43% case is a contact linked to a previous case.

There are 3,903 total cases to date a Florence (21 more than yesterday), 720 a Meadow (14 more), 914 a Pistoia (18 more), 1,397 y Pulp (15 more), 1,636 a Lucca (15 more), 1,227 y Pisa (18 more), 627 a Livorno (10 more), 986 ad Arezzo (19 more), 548 a Siena (6 more), 530 a Grosseto (1 more). There are 535 positive cases reported in Tuscany, but residing in other regions (1 more).

18 people in intensive care

There are 92 people admitted to beds dedicated to Covid patients today (3 more than yesterday, plus 3.4%), 18 in intensive care (1 more than yesterday, plus 5.9%). Altogether, 2,310 people are in isolation the house, as they have mild symptoms that do not require hospital care, or are symptom-free (87 more than yesterday, plus 3.9%). There are 4,204 people (94 more than yesterday, up 2.3%), also isolated, in active surveillance because they have had contact with infected people (ASL Centro 1.681, North West 1.789, South East 734).

48 healed in one day

There are 9,473 people healed (48 more than yesterday): 192 people clinically healed (4 more than yesterday), that is, who became asymptomatic after presenting clinical manifestations associated with the infection and 9,281 (44 more than yesterday) declared healed in effect, the so-called viral healings, with double negative swab.

No deaths

Today there are no new deaths. There are therefore 1,148 deceased since the beginning of the epidemic divided as follows: 418 in Florence, 52 in Prato, 81 in Pistoia, 176 in Massa Carrara, 148 in Lucca, 92 in Pisa, 65 in Livorno, 50 in Arezzo, 33 in Siena , 25 in Grosseto, 8 people died on Tuscan soil but were residents outside the region.
