No public is allowed at the finish of the upcoming stages of the Tour de France. Organizer ASO has decided this now that the Tour will drive through areas that have been given ‘code red’ by the French government due to the corona virus this weekend.
It seems that supporters are still allowed to encourage the riders on the mountains and other places along the course. Only the finish zone and the area around the start will be closed.
Today the Tour caravan drives to Lyon. The Dutch government has designated this area as ‘code orange’, comparable to the ‘code red’ issued by the French authorities.
