The future basis is to be a variant simply called Air, with a smaller battery and an output of 400 horsepower for $ 72,500, in terms of 1.6 million crowns. In addition to these variants, however, the carmaker is also preparing a top Performance model with three electric motors. Each produces 640 horses. In total, the power can climb to 1,920 horsepower, but due to the batteries, the total power should be limited to 1,200 horsepower.

In addition to aerodynamics, the car owes a record range of the mentioned 832 kilometers according to the EPA methodology to a large battery with a capacity of 113 kWh. In addition, thanks to the 900 V system voltage, which surpasses the Porsche Taycan with 800 V, the manufacturer promises to recharge to 32 kilometers in 1 minute.

In addition, the manufacturer focused on semi-autonomous control. The package called Lucid DreamDrive uses 32 sensors or Lidar with high resolution. Thanks to this, the car is on the border of the second and third degree of autonomy, so in certain situations he should be able to drive himself, if the legislation allows it.

In addition to the Air model, Lucid is also preparing an SUV. It is currently targeting the American market, and exports to Europe have not yet been discussed.
