AMSTERDAM – In a new lawsuit against a controversial wind farm in the Veenkoloniën, the validity of the permit granting for all other Dutch wind farms is also at stake. This is the view of lawyer Peter de Lange, who is commencing interim relief proceedings on behalf of local residents in Drenthe against the construction of the Drentse Monden and Oostermoer wind farm.
