LIVE | Curaçao: highest number of infections in a day so far | Inland

According to the government, fifteen new corona patients have been counted in Curaçao. It is the largest one-day increase to date. There are now a total of 75 active infections on the island.

It also became clear on Thursday that four people have completely recovered. The only patient infected with the corona virus who was in the hospital has now returned home.

For a long time, Curaçao had very few infections. A total of 131 corona patients have been registered on the island since March. Of these, 55 have been restored. One infected Dutch tourist died in March. One hundred of the 131 registered cases were added in the last month and a half.
