Of the German electric SUV we already know a lot. Volkswagen has already said that it will be proposed in different variants characterized by the presence of battery packs with different capacities. L’maximum autonomy will be up to 500 Km. It will initially only be available in versions with rear-wheel drive. Dual motor models with all-wheel drive will arrive at a later date.
Volkswagen has worked a lot on aerodynamics to improve fuel consumption and therefore the range of its electric SUV. The Cx, in fact, is 0.28. In addition, in recent days Volkswagen shared the first images of the interior which will be very spacious and characterized by an all digital instrumentation. Production has already started and, in this regard, we remind you that the ID.4 will be sold not only in Europe but also in America and China.
The electric SUV will therefore immediately go up against rivals of the caliber of Tesla Model Y which in America is selling very well. For all the details of this awaited model, all that remains is to wait for its official presentation.
