Amsterdam – No less than 96% of the Dutch population would increase in purchasing power in 2019, promised optimistic ministers on Budget Day 2018. A message that was immediately received with skepticism. Now the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) is taking stock: on average we improved by more than one percent.
