The Pelicans have decided to leave Zion Williamson to rest for the game that will pit them against the Washington Wizards overnight. Williamson struggles in this resumption of the NBA. The 20-year-old left his squad in July for family reasons and was only declared fit to play hours before the Pelicans’ first game on July 30. During the defeat against the Sacramento Kings (140-125), he was however illustrated with 24 points and 10/12 shootings in 22 minutes.
