A man is tried for stabbing another man who pushed his partner in A Coruña | Radio Coruña

The first section of the Provincial Court of A Coruña will hold this Monday the trial against a man accused of stabbing another man who slightly pushed his sentimental partner during an argument, according to the Superior Court of Justice of Galicia (TSXG).

In its qualification brief, and for a crime of attempted homicide, the Prosecutor’s Office claims eight and a half years in prison for the defendant who, allegedly, stabbed the victim several times in the thorax and abdomen.

The events took place around 10 p.m. in October 2018 outside a bar in A Coruña after a confrontation between the components of two groups, among which were those involved.
