Baldo has been postponed. The release date on the official Nintendo website it has been changed from “summer 2020” to “TBD” (to be announced ed). The title has also been changed and is now no longer simply Baldo, but Baldo The guardian owls.
Naps Team has not declared anything about the postponement of the game, so we imagine that, simply, it was not ready for the set period (also because summer 2020 is inexorably coming to an end and the hopes of seeing it published in the next two weeks were made increasingly feeble).
It is difficult to say whether it is yet another victim of COVID-19, which has caused many games to be postponed to 2021. The important thing is that a good title comes out. If it takes a few more months of development to succeed, there is little to complain about.
