Mette-Marit sheds tears at confirmation Sverre Magnus

Due to the corona rules, Sverre Magnus, like the nine other confirmants, was only able to invite sixteen guests to the service. In addition to his parents and sister Princess Ingrid Alexandra (16), his half-brother Marius Borg Høiby and his girlfriend Juliane Snekkestad were also present in the church.

Seats were also reserved for his grandparents King Harald and Queen Sonja, his grandmother Marit Tjessem, his aunt Princess Märtha Louise and niece Leah Isadora, and his three Norwegian godparents.

Upon arrival of the Confirmants – who all wore white robes – Crown Princess Mette-Marit had to shed a tear. Her youngest son Sverre Magnus, known as the family’s prankster, showed his serious face.
