The court thus granted the prosecutor’s motion, which justified the detention by her possible escape, influencing witnesses and continuing the crime. The decision on detention is not final, Zsuzsová filed a complaint, which will be decided by the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic.

The court acquitted Zsuzs and Kočner on Thursday in the case of the murder of a journalist and his girlfriend, but sent Tomáš Szabó to prison for 25 years, who brought the murderer to the scene.
