At the end of the summer, on September 4, Miks Dukurs, Kārlis Kazāks, Paula Dukure and Ēriks Upenieks will give concerts on Lake Raiskums, the concert organizers informed.
“The visitors of the event are greeted by an amazing and gorgeous program – Mika Dukura’s modern sound and strong vocals, Kārlis Kazak’s experienced Latvian singing, Paula Dukure’s musical resounding with Latvian listeners, as well as Ēriks Upenieks’ virtuoso guitar playing,” the event organizers outline.
Miks Dukurs says about the upcoming concert: “If I’m not on stage, then I’m probably on the SUP board. A concert on the water allows these two of my passions to be combined. The acoustics and atmosphere offered by our bodies of water are incomprehensible.
Lake Raiskuma is my childhood, a lot of beautiful memories, this meeting will be a real whirlpool of emotions, a proper embrace!
It is also a great pleasure for the composition of the artists – friends who, without thinking, agreed to participate and be with you in this mini festival on the water ”.
Paula Dukure adds: “Of course, I cannot objectively comment on the evening on Lake Raiskums, because I have grown up at it and experienced many beautiful moments and moments of deep reflection. And I have no doubt that yesterday at Lake Raiskums has always succeeded. I can’t wait to see how it connects to the sounds of music. “
