Last night, Niantic announced that the number of Pokémon GO Raid rewards you will receive has been increased. This applies to both the number of Premier Balls and the other rewards. For the other rewards, this is only increased for the Level 5 raids.
Trainers, five-star raids will now award more items, and all raids, including Mega Raids, will now yield more Premier Balls for damage dealt! One to five-star raids will also yield more Premier Balls from the speed bonus.

Unfortunately, it is not yet known what the new Pokémon GO Raid rewards are. It is known how many extra Premier Balls you can get. In total you can get four extra balls for the damage dealt and eight for the speed. This tweak comes along with the extra Mega Energy you can get from now on. Also for the speed by the way.
