WILMINGTON – President Trump advises voters who vote by mail in the U.S. presidential election to check on Election Day, Nov. 3, to see if their vote has been registered. If not, they can still vote, Trump said on Twitter on Thursday. If the postal vote has been counted, a second vote is not possible.
