Three Arrested in Connection wiht fatal Taxi incident in Coyoacán
In a notable development, the Examination Police of the CDMX Prosecutor’s Office have arrested three individuals allegedly linked to the murder of a man who was fatally struck by a taxi in the streets of the Coyoacán Mayor’s Office. The suspects were apprehended following an arrest warrant issued for the crime of homicide.
One of the individuals was captured in the Villa Coyoacán neighborhood, while the other two were arrested in the state of Puebla, specifically in the El Calvario neighborhood of Acatzingo de Hidalgo. According to official reports, “Regarding the first of these, the judicial commandment was completed in the Villa Coyoacán neighborhood; meanwhile, a PDI detective cell, with the office of collaboration with Puebla ministerial and police authorities, moved to the neighborhood El Calvario, municipality of Acatzingo de Hidalgo, where they executed the arrest warrants against the other two men.”
After their arrest, the suspects were transferred to the South Varonil Preventive Prison, where they were made available to the control judge for their probable involvement in the crime. Investigators from the FGJCDMX have indicated that the three individuals are suspected of being connected to the murder of a man who died after being struck by a vehicle during a physical altercation.
