Tomislav Donchev, the newly appointed Deputy Prime Minister in the “Zhelyazkov” government, has a rich history rooted in education and public service. His journey began at the Humanitarian High School “St.St. Cyril and Methodius” in Veliko Tarnovo,where he was a beloved teacher. I learned how to speak in front of people, how to persuade, and how to write to be read. I also learned the technology of rebellion. I think that throughout my studies I participated in the association of several strikes, combining them with academic reflection, which is a useful experience.”

By 2010, he had risen to the position of Minister of European Funds in the government of boyko Borisov.
