A Cuban citizen living in Miami experienced a shocking theft while enjoying a jet ski trip at Pelican Harbor Marina in Miami-Dade County.The incident occurred on Monday, January 13, around 2:00 pm, and the victim took to social media to share his ordeal.
The man, who goes by the TikTok username 305 electrical character, recounted how he launched his jet ski into the sea from ramp 79 and parked his Jeep with the trailer in the marina’s parking lot. He was accompanied by friends who also brought their vehicles. However, when he returned two hours later, he discovered his trailer was gone.
“Looks like my trailer just got stolen in the Marina on 79. On Monday at 2 pm. This is a crime in Miami-Dade County,” he said in his TikTok video, expressing his frustration.
After noticing the theft,the man immediately contacted the authorities,who arrived at the scene and instructed him not to touch his vehicle while they conducted their initial investigation. Despite the unfortunate event, the victim tried to find a silver lining, noting that his friends’ trailers, parked just meters away, remained untouched.
“Fortunately, my friend’s trailer, who rides a boat, is fine, and another friend of mine, who is out there, is also fine,” he shared in his video.
