Celebrate Mardi Gras with Little Readers: the garden District Book Shop’s carnival Storytime Series

The series continues on February 1 with alexandra Navarre davis’s “Rise and Shine It’s Mardi Gras Time,” a tale of Petite float and her papa, read at 11 a.m.
The final day of the series, February 15, features two captivating stories. At 11 a.m., Brenda Robert will read “King of the Shoebox Parade,” a delightful exploration of Mardi Gras shoebox floats. The series concludes at 1 p.m. with Melissa Thibault’s “12 Days of mardi gras,” a festive twist on the classic holiday song.
