It’s important to eat slowly, savoring every bite.”

“first of all, continue to hydrate,” he explains, “to improve the function of the kidneys and liver with a detox effect, and it would also be useful to use herbal teas, preferably with red fruits, and consume it throughout the day. As far as nutrition is concerned, it makes no sense to completely eliminate carbohydrates as our body needs them to work at its best, but it is indeed critically important to reduce them. after a big binge, we increase the intake of vegetables, fiber, and fruit, consuming at least three 200g portions of vegetables and two of fruit per day. An excellent solution to reduce calorie intake is certainly to start the meal with vegetables and fibers which fill the stomach, give an early sense of satiety, and reduce the time it takes to empty the stomach itself. Eating very slowly is another strategy to avoid taking in too much food and calories, and it is indeed critically important to take in all the macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, and fats) that our body always needs in the right proportions.”
