ENAPP Exceeds Training Goals, Empowering Over 31,000 Employees in 2023

The National School of Administration and Public Policies (ENAPP) has achieved a significant milestone this year, surpassing its training targets and equipping over ​31,000 employees with essential skills. Originally, ENAPP ‌set a goal to train ⁤20,000 individuals during the year. However, with the accomplished completion of programs, the institution has trained a total of 31,322 employees, ⁢including ⁤public servants, administrative representatives, and personnel from both public and private sectors. The Ministry of Territorial Administration, in collaboration with ENAPP, conducted a specialized training⁢ program titled “Introduction to public Services” for local administrative bodies. The‍ initiative aimed to enhance the skills of municipal managers,providing them​ with both theoretical and practical knowledge to navigate the evolving ⁤political-administrative landscape.

As a result, 164 municipal administrators and other⁤ local ​administration staff were trained,⁢ contributing to a total of 382 graduates across the country. This effort underscores the government’s commitment to ⁤strengthening local governance and improving public service delivery.
