ENAPP Exceeds Training Goals, Empowering Over 31,000 Employees in 2023
The National School of Administration and Public Policies (ENAPP) has achieved a significant milestone this year, surpassing its training targets and equipping over 31,000 employees with essential skills. The Ministry of Territorial Administration, in collaboration with ENAPP, conducted a specialized training program titled “Introduction to public Services” for local administrative bodies. The initiative aimed to enhance the skills of municipal managers,providing them with both theoretical and practical knowledge to navigate the evolving political-administrative landscape.
As a result, 164 municipal administrators and other local administration staff were trained, contributing to a total of 382 graduates across the country. This effort underscores the government’s commitment to strengthening local governance and improving public service delivery.
Public Competitions and Recruitment
ENAPP has also taken on the critical role of managing public competitions for admission to the Central Public Administration. Through the Single Recruitment Union (ERU), the institution has successfully launched four public competitions this year, offering 624 vacancies in various administrative bodies, including the Ministry of Agriculture and Forests, Data Protection Agency, Forestry Development Institute, and Private Investment and Export promotion Agency.
