The book drive, spearheaded by Danielle Sabbagh, Kumon’s communication and event specialist, saw keen participation from staff members who helped load boxes brimming with books onto the Book Smiles truck. “Every book loaded onto the truck represents a chance to spark curiosity, build knowledge and inspire dreams,” Sabbagh said. “this is how we live out our mission — not just by teaching but by giving back to our communities and helping to reduce inequalities.”
