Rosh Pina’s "Shopina" Center Gets a Sweet Treat with New Coffee & Pastry Cart

Weekend strolls through Rosh Pina’s charming "Shopina" center just got a little sweeter. A brand new coffee and pastry cart has popped up, promising to tempt visitors with delectable flavors. At the helm is Adi Finish Shlomo, a seasoned pastry chef with six years of experience crafting culinary delights at upscale Israeli hotels like Stay Kinneret and Mitzpe Himim.

Shlomo’s creations are a testament to her passion, offering a diverse menu of hot and cold beverages, alongside an irresistible array of pastries.

Think doughnuts, cookies, and other sweet treats, all made with her expert touch. The cart currently operates on Fridays, starting at 9:00 am until supplies run out. But with Hanukkah approached, Shlomo is gearing up for special opening days, offering holiday-themed doughnuts and a wider selection of festive goodness.

"After a challenging period, it’s time to bring tourism back to our beautiful countryside," Shlomo shared. "My coffee cart is an opportunity to enjoy sweet flavors, celebrate the region, and create a unique culinary experience.”

Participating in the bustling Shopina scene, the coffee cart marks a welcome addition for local residents and tourists alike. It offers a convenient pick-me-up and a chance to sample Shlomo’s artistic confectionary creations.

For those seeking a dose of sweetness and a taste of local charm, the "Shopina" coffee and pastry cart is the perfect stop.
