Kendrick Lamar Makes History, Dominating Billboard Charts

This impressive streak makes him the artist with the most number one singles this year, following previous chart-toppers “Not Like Us” and “Like That” with Future and Metro Boomin.
"tv off" featuring Lefty Gunplay secured the number two spot, followed by "luther" with SZA at number three, "wacced out murals" at number four, and "hey now" with Dody6 rounding out the top five.
Lamar joins an exclusive club of artists who have achieved this monumental feat, including Taylor Swift, Drake, and the iconic Beatles.
The album’s domination doesn’t stop there. Lamar lands two more songs in the top 10: "reincarnated" at number eight and "man at the garden" at number nine, bringing his total number of top 10 entries to a staggering 22.
GNX’s Billboard 200 debut was equally impressive, racking up an astonishing 319,000 equivalent album units in its first week. This included a remarkable 285,000 in streaming equivalent album units, thanks to 379.92 million on-demand streams. The album also sold 32,000 physical copies and generated 2,000 track equivalent album units.
Lamar’s dominance on the charts reflects the widespread appeal and critical acclaim of his work. He continues to push boundaries and redefine what’s possible in the world of music.
