Gangani’s daily meal plan looks like this:

10 AM: Starting her day with a collagen-rich smoothie for glowing skin.

2 PM: A filling 100g tofu wrap, paired with high-protein roti and vegetables, topped with a creamy dressing.

4 PM: Post-workout fuel consisting of two boiled eggs and an apple.

6 PM: A light dinner featuring two egg white curry with 30g of white rice.

8 PM: Winding down with an anti-bloat tea to reduce bloating and gas.

Her success highlights the growing popularity of intermittent fasting, a dietary approach that alternates between periods of eating and fasting.
