A high school student in Guangxi, China was surprised and delighted to receive a personal birthday greeting from former Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam. Seventeen-year-old Li Can, a senior at No. 1 Middle School in Guilin, wrote to Lam in anticipation of his upcoming 18th birthday.
