The incredibly rare Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale has completed its intensive high-speed testing at the Nardo technical center in Italy, bringing this ultra-luxury supercar one step closer to its debut.
With only 33 units destined for collectors worldwide, the 33 Stradale is already generating immense buzz. This exclusive machine is expected to reach its first customers in Italy as early as December.

Earning Its Stripes at Nardo
Alfa Romeo utilized its expansive Nardo facility, recognized for its famous 12.5 km (7.8-mile) Nardo Circuit, to hone the 33 Stradale’s performance. This test cycle focused on critical aspects like aerodynamics, top speed, cooling efficiency, and soundproofing – ensuring a truly exceptional driving experience.
Alfa Romeo’s dedication to performance optimization paid off. The 33 Stradale achieved an impressive top speed of 207 mph (333 km/h) and a blistering 0-62 mph acceleration time of less than 3 seconds.
A Symphony of Power: Maserati V6 Engine
The 33 Stradale draws its exhilarating performance from a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 engine, borrowed from the Maserati MC20. This potent powertrain pumps out over 620 horsepower, delivering a captivating blend of raw power and sophisticated design.
Power is channeled to the rear wheels through an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission coupled with an electronic limited-slip differential, ensuring precise control and an unforgettable driving experience.

At the 33 Stradale’s debut, Alfa Romeo teased an electric version, hinting at technology shared with Maserati’s MC20 Folgore.
The Folgore boasts three electric motors, generating 700 horsepower, while the electric 33 Stradale is rumored to soar even higher, pushing 750 horsepower.
While the electric variant wasn’t mentioned in recent test announcements,
“[T]he MC20 Folgore will be released for 2025, and it is very likely that the electric version of the 33 Stradale will be released according to this schedule," Alfa Romeo affirmed.
Exclusive Luxury: A $2.5 Million Dream
The 33 Stradale represents the pinnacle of automotive exclusivity, with a price tag of €1.7 million, translating to roughly $2.5 million in the U.S.
