"We’re facing a potential ecological disaster," stressed Krstev. "This site is frequented by vultures who migrate to Greece and Romania. The spread of diseases, drawing predators to a single location – we don’t know the consequences." This isn’t the first time Dikliev has been in trouble with the park. He has accumulated thousands of leva in fines for multiple violations.
