Conditions of participation: “3. Advent raffle” on the GTÜ Instagram channel.
1. Item
a) These terms and conditions of participation regulate participation in the competition: “Advent raffle“ of GTÜ Gesellschaft für Technische Fernsehen mbH, Vor dem Lauch 25, 70567 Stuttgart (hereinafter referred to as “organizer”)
b) By participating in the Advent raffle Participants accept these terms and conditions of participation.
2. Participation
a) Any legally competent person between the ages of 18 and 35 and resident in Germany is eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer are excluded.
b) Participation in the raffle takes place via https://www.instagram.com/gtue.de/
. Participation is possible once for each natural person.
c) Participation in the raffle is free of charge, with the exception of any fees that may apply for use of the Internet.
3. Procedure of the raffle
Die Advent raffle “What is the best winter accessory in the car?” runs from December 15th, 2024 from 10 a.m. to December 16th, 2024 at 7 p.m.
The GTÜ is giving away a Christmas set to each participant:
+ Gift bag: approx. 25 x 30 x 5 cm
+ Kirschkernkissen: 20 x 20 cm
+ double-walled stainless steel mug 300ml with transparent drinking lid
+ Dominosteine
+ 4 pieces of gingerbread.
The winner will be notified via an Instagram comment under the competition post and will then contact GTÜ via Instagram direct message.
Participation takes place as follows:
The participants follow the GTÜ Instagram channel. The followers comment which accessory is essential for them in winter, e.g. B. Seat heating, thermos flask or ice scraper. A set will be raffled off among all comments. The winners will be determined by drawing lots from among all participants.
The right to win will expire if the winner does not contact GTÜ within 48 hours of GTÜ sending notification of the prize. In this case, a new winner will be determined again on 12/19/24.
The raffle can be stopped by the organizer at any time.
4. Liability
The organizer assumes no liability
- Errors in the transmission of data or technical disruptions of any kind
- Loss, damage or delayed delivery during shipping by mail
