Selection of projects to watch in your region: Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes

URBAN PROJECTS

A Sonnay (38)the municipality plans to develop the village center. The project consists of an urban renewal and rehabilitation operation of a heterogeneous wasteland of 5.75 ha in an abandoned state. The construction of 84 individual and collective housing units over an area of ​​31,650 m2 and the creation of businesses are planned.

HOUSING

In Saint-Haon-le-Châtel (42), the social landlord Ophéor is planning the energy renovation of the 16 housing units at Puits Perron. The cost is estimated at 2.5 million euros.

In Belleville-en-Beaujolais (69), the City, in partnership with Deux Fleuves Rhône Habitat, is carrying out the urban redevelopment project for the Aiguerande district.

The buildings will have elevators and the accommodation will be equipped with showers in the bathrooms. The creation of social housing for ownership and social rental is also planned outside the Aiguerande district.

The investment for this project amounts to 13 million euros.

In Saint-Genix-les-Villages (73), Opac de Savoie is planning the construction of collective housing on a plot of land close to the school, the toy library and the micro-crèche. The architect Stéphane Gallois is the project manager.

At Châtelard (73), the municipality wishes to rehabilitate the site of the former summer camp to create three accommodations which will be resold to operators. Buildings that are too dilapidated will be demolished. The project will be called “Château des écuries”.

TERTIARY REAL ESTATE

In Charlieu (42), the municipality has decided to create a conference space called “Domaine du Sorin”. Project management was entrusted to Coco Architecture (manager).

The estimated transaction amount is currently estimated at 4.51 million euros excluding tax.

PUBLIC FACILITIES

The Vonnas (01), the community of communes of La Veyle, in partnership with the commune, plans the redevelopment of the tourist activity zone: renewal and addition of mobile homes, creation of a swimming pool dedicated to campsite customers, renovation of the roads and buildings existing spaces, and development of new spaces.

A Quinssaines (03), the municipality plans to build new changing rooms at the stadium at a cost of 370,000 euros.

Work will start in July 2025 for delivery in spring 2026.

In Bourg-Saint-Andéol (07), the municipality plans to renovate the Saint-Polycarpe chapel (listed building).

In Teil (07), SNCF Gares et Connexions has launched environmental studies with a view to reopening the station. The instruction from the environmental authority is expected by the end of 2025.

Work would begin in the second quarter of 2026 with the station commissioning the following fall.

In Sainte-Jalle (26), the commune will launch new excavations as part of the restoration of the Notre-Dame-de-Beauvert church. The renovation work amounts to 800,000 euros.

In Deux-Alpes (38), the municipality wants to replace the Jandri 3S cable car.

A Briennon (42), the municipality is planning the renovation of the multipurpose room.

A Roanne (42)the social landlord Ophéor plans to acquire and restructure the Pierre-Bérégovoy home for an amount of 10 million euros. Delivery of the project is expected at the end of 2027.

In Brioude (43), the City will invest 500,000 euros to restore the Saint-Julien basilica: bringing it up to electrical and fire standards, sound, lighting and restoration of the western massif.

A Clermont-Ferrand (63), the City is planning the development of a square around the Gabriel-Montpied stadium, a wooded mall for pedestrian access to the center of the district, a sports mall, housing and commercial premises. It is also planned to create a new car park as part of the stadium extension works where archaeological excavations are currently being carried out.

A Lyon (69), the City is planning the rehabilitation of the two tennis courts at the Saez stadium in Mermoz north (8th). They will be covered and renovated with a wooden frame structure. They will integrate a clubhouse.

The cost of the work amounts to 1.4 million euros. Delivery is due in March 2025.

Chambéry (73), Greater Chambéry plans to relocate the public transport network bus depot to the site of the former slaughterhouses (approximately 19,123 m2), avenue de la Houille-Blanche. Deconstruction, asbestos removal and pollution control work will be carried out.

In Saint-Julien-en-Genevois (74), the French Tennis Federation wishes to create a clubhouse with a restaurant by 2027. The cost of the work amounts to 1.5 million euros.

ENERGY

A Ceyzeriat (01)the joint union for the treatment and recovery of household and similar waste Organom plans to create a boiler room on the Tienne site.

In Saint-Pal-de-Mons (43), the municipality is considering the installation of photovoltaic panels on the buildings of the town hall, the media library and the public school.

To La Roche-sur-Foron (74), the City is planning to bring the exhibition center up to ecological standards in order to reduce the energy consumption of the equipment by at least 40% by 2030. The roof will be green and equipped with solar panels. The amount of the operation amounts to 14.29 million euros.
