This training was held on the 25th and 26th at the City Hall computer training center to increase understanding of the use of AI as it is applied to daily life and industry as a result of recent developments in artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
The training focused on ChatGPT practice that employees can use in the field by inviting ChatGPT expert instructors, and as AI became popular, ethical issues and responsible use of technology were emphasized.
A city official said, “Through this training, we will do our best to help public officials increase their understanding of ChatGPT so that they can carry out efficient work and use AI technology responsibly.”
Meanwhile, the city plans to conduct separate ChatGPT training for executive-level public officials in the future to ensure a deeper understanding of AI and ethical responsibility.
