Cocky Foundation contributes to the Inloophuis de Parasol Christmas dinner

The name of the foundation did not come out of the blue. Cocky Andreae was a wonderful person in Ermelo who was always there for everyone. Someone who didn’t mince her words and was committed to helping everyone in need. A real source of inspiration, and the foundation was created from that perspective. In addition to Cocky’s praise, he also continues his philosophy of helping people. The Cocky Foundation strives to establish initiatives like this and, just like Cocky, people who need help.

Parasol center in

The visitor center, located in the neighborhood meeting center ‘de Vleugel’ near the Westerkerk, has been an accessible meeting place for everyone who needs company, relaxation or a listening ear for over 15 years . The visitor center organizes different types of activities and meetings for people of all ages. Every year the visitor center organizes a Christmas dinner for its regular guests. The visitor center which is run by volunteers does everything it can to give these people with few resources a wonderful night.

The center’s annual Christmas dinner is a great time for people who would like to spend the holidays alone. It gives them the opportunity to enjoy a festive meal and an atmospheric evening together. This year the foundation is adding to the dinner, its contents and some extras, so that guests can experience something special.
