VeggyGo announces reopening and new concept in Neu-Ulm

The street food chain VeggyGO, which specializes in plant-based dishes, is opening again in Neu-Ulm on November 30, 2024.

The reopening marks the launch of a revamped concept that aims to reach more people through creative plant-based dishes and an engaging ambience.

A new chapter for VeggyGO

After learning units from the beginning and a successful revision of the concept in Aachen, VeggyGO is returning to Neu-Ulm with a renewed menu. The focus is on combining taste and creativity to deliver a culinary experience. Among the highlights are the “Epic Classic” – a burger with a homemade patty, and the “Oh là là”, a combination of fried mushrooms and vegan Camembert on a Vrioche bun. In addition to these creations, bowls, wraps, tacos, burritos and loaded fries also enrich the offering.

“Our goal is to combine enjoyment and responsibility,” explains Hüseyin Doymaz, COO and Brand Manager of VeggyGO in Germany. “With our new offering, we want to demonstrate that plant-based cuisine can be versatile, accessible and, above all, delicious.”

The flexibility of the VeggyGO concept allows it to adapt to different site conditions, be it in shopping centers or as standalone units. This adaptability supports the scaling of the brand and expansion to additional locations.

Future-oriented expansion plans

VeggyGO is currently in discussions with potential investors to further advance its expansion in Germany. With the positive response to the new food offering and improved guest experience, VeggyGO sees itself well positioned to reach a broader audience and further promote the plant-based lifestyle.
