MISSIONS
As an assistant, you assist your managers in the administrative management of the association.
MISSIONS :
- Responsible for employee planning: creation, modification, updating, monitoring.
- Management of absences: paid leave, sick leave, maternity leave, work accidents, training, etc.
- Management of HR formalities: prepare the elements relating to the establishment of employment contracts and the single declaration of employment then establish and transmit the requests to the HR department of the federation,
- Carrying out follow-up of medical visits,
- Carrying out monitoring of employees’ working time and in particular the modulation of working time.
- Mailbox management
- Management of complaints from employees and users
- Physical and telephone reception of users of the association, employees and various partners.
- Administrative management of user files (quotation, file creation, service contract) and monitoring of support
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings
- Carrying out various secretarial tasks: mail, filing, etc.
PROFILE
- Holder of a BAC +2 level diploma required
- Perfect mastery of common IT tools (pack-office, internet, etc.).
- Experience in a similar position desired
- Autonomy, rigor, dynamism and ability to adapt
- Analytical and listening skills
- Sense of priorities and emergency management: responsiveness, rigor in the organization
- Ability to network and report
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the associative environment and the social sector appreciated.
- B license required
