He pointed out that the enemy (Ukraine) failed to hit the targets he wanted in his strikes and emphasized that attacks against Russia with Western weapons will not change the outcome of Russia’s “special operation”.

The Russian leader warned that his country has the right to use weapons against those who use weapons against Russia. In case of “escalation”, Putin continued: “We will respond symmetrically”. In this way, he denied any rumor from Western media that warned that Russia might strike with a tactical nuclear warhead on the territory of Ukraine.
He pointed out that after Ukraine’s recent strikes with long-range missiles, “the region has acquired elements of a global conflict.” He added that Russia will warn citizens if it uses a hypersonic weapon against Ukraine.
