L’Asd Angri Basketball announced that it had signed the athlete Stefan Malkic24 year old 2 meter Bosnian pivot forward. His journey in Italy begins in 2016 with the Virtus Felettoa company with which he also participates in the Under 18 Eccellenza Nazionale championship and the C Silver championship. Next comes to Pescarawhere he continued his youth career, also playing among the seniors at the same time.
Then the first arrival in southern Italy, in the 18/19 year, at Virtus Catanzarowhere he remained for two more seasons. Before the suspension due to Covid, he was already shining in the B championship. In the following year, he remained in the same category, thanks to the call of the Sangiorgese Legnano (5.3 on average). Then the first great year with the Bim Bum Basket Graterin C Gold, with which he finished with an average of 14, after a period at Torrenovese in the third series. He remained with the Calabrians for two more seasons, between C Gold and B Interregionale (12.5 and 15.1 on average), with a short interval in between Castelfiorentino (5,2). In the current year he started with theAcademy Basketball Potenza (10.3), in Serie C, ending up accepting the offer of the president’s company Campitiello.

Stefan Malkic is already available as coach Francesco Chiavazzo and will make his debut in tomorrow evening’s match at 8pm, at PalaGalvani, against Basket School Messina.
