4. Application conditions
4.1. Applicants may apply to this project through LINE Manga Indies, using manga they have written themselves (completed manuscripts only, names not included) as submissions.
4.2. Applicants cannot cancel their application for this project after agreeing to these terms.
4.3. Applicants may apply for this project according to the method prescribed by our company only during the period that our company is holding this project.
4.4. Applicants may not apply to this project works that have been commercialized for commercial purposes or works that have already won or been recognized in awards, campaigns, etc. other than this project.
4.5. Applicants may not apply for works that have not been commercialized for profit or that have not won awards or campaigns other than this project. They can be submitted at the same time, but if the work is commercialized for profit while applying for this project, or if it wins in an award or campaign other than this project, the work will not be commercialized or won. will be excluded from this project from the month in which it is announced.
4.6. Applicants shall keep their submitted works as non-refundable data from 23:59:59 on the last day of the application month, when aggregation of indicators for each work begins, until the aggregation ends (hereinafter referred to as the “Aggregation timing on the last day of the application month”). 5. Contents of the submitted work
5.1. Works submitted to this project must be manga written by the applicant themselves.
5.2. Content that violates the law or public order and morals, slanders others, and other content that our company deems inappropriate, third party intellectual property rights, etc. (copyrights, moral rights, patent rights, trademark rights, etc.) , design rights, utility model rights, trade secrets, honor rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, and publicity rights (the same shall apply hereinafter). 5.3. The applicant represents and warrants that the submitted work does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party and that he or she has the legitimate authority to grant the Company the right to use the submitted work. 6. Conditions for receiving bonuses
6.1.
