Within the Business Management department of the Mechanical Production and Electromechanical Equipment entity, you are responsible for the success of their product programs. Your responsibilities are many and exciting!
Being at the heart of managing their programs, from design to business, your main missions are as follows:
✓ Business project management: You are the guarantor of product production, ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines and quality (over all stages of the product life: development, entrepreneurship, series production, cancellation) .
✓ Coordination of multidisciplinary teams: You lead and bring together cross-functional technical and operational teams to achieve the set goals.
✓ Continuous improvement: You are a source of suggestions to optimize production processes and improve business performance.
✓ Interface with internal clients: You are the technical point of contact for the Program teams and ensure effective communication.
As part of your missions, you have significant decision-making power to ensure that PMEE commitments are met.
You will have to sort out priorities and make strategic decisions.
Regular travel to France (1 day per week) is expected, as well as international missions that may be one-off.

✦ General engineer or specialist in mechanics, you have at least 8 years of experience in a business environment.
✦ With a passion for project management, you manage project planning and analysis tools.
✦ Hard-working and organized, you have a strong capacity for change and a great sense of responsibility.
✦ A good communicator, you know how to bring teams together and work cross-functionally.
✦ Fluency in English is essential for working in an international environment.
