The investigations by the Carabinieri which began after the arrest of Claudio Corelli, found in possession of 220 g of cocaine, brother of Paolo Corelli, murdered on 14 February 2022 in Acilia, have made it possible to collect serious circumstantial elements regarding the existence of a criminal organization dedicated to the importation of large quantities of cocaine from Holland to the capital for a turnover of millions of euros. The operational methods of the criminal association were thus reconstructed in detail, which would have guaranteed the distribution of drugs on a large scale throughout Lazio and even in other Italian regions, using extremely sophisticated supply methods to evade the controls of the police forces. ‘order.
