With the publication, in the Official Gazette n. 264 of 11 November 2024, of the Ministerial Decree of 18 September 2024, MASAF has finally identified the methods of using the tax credit for investments in the single SEZ, pursuant to art. 16-bis of Legislative Decree no. 124/2023, in favor of companies active in the primary production of agricultural products and companies active in the forestry sector and in the fishing and aquaculture sector. Applications can be submitted from today, 20 November, using the form approved by the Revenue Agency’s provision dated 18 November “Communication for the use of the tax credit for investments in the single SEZ in favor of companies active in the primary production of agricultural products and companies active in the forestry sector and in the fishing and aquaculture sector”. The provision also defined the compilation instructions as well as the methods for sending the investment communication.
