The driver from Saladillo is preparing to take on a unique challenge: take the big leap onto the road to the World Speed Championship. Starting in 2025, it will run the full season in the #Spanish Superbike Championship in the Moto3 Talent Category. He will do it on a #Honda NSF 250R with the prestigious #Lagliesse Honda Spain team.
Under the structure of the #Santacrew Pilot School and with the logistical support of Engineer Gustavo Larocca and the sports management that Jorge Lacuna has been carrying out, Facundo Medina will begin his European stage on the Road To MotoGP path (road to the World Speed Championship) .
Currently in the #Moto1000GP Championship of #GP300 and in his second year of the R3 Talent Category of the Latin American Yamalube, Facu faces the last part with the goal set in #Interlagos, San Pablo for December 6, 7 and 8.
“The goal is to finish as high as possible in 2024 and continue working,” Facu said. “Jorge has been doing a lot to be in #Europe. I want to thank you very much for what you have been managing,” he added.

Meanwhile #Lacunza said “To succeed you have to take risks. Our dream is to give Facu the possibility of continuing running on the right path. With my partner Gustavo Larocca we have been managing a place in #Spain for months and we were able to achieve it especially in the #pilots #school where Facu will be and in the very important team where we arrived,” concluded Lacunza.
#Medina must join the Lagliesse team in 2025 starting on January 7 in Sampedor, a municipality in the province of #Barcelona. The Argentine will begin his European stage with the Santacew School and will have training with the Spanish team alongside World Championship drivers such as Maverick #Viñales, Augusto #Fernández among others.
