This is the “second act” of the angry peasant movement. After the big demonstrations at the beginning of 2024, the world of farmers is launching a new wave of movement this Monday, November 18.
In Dijon, farmers from all over the region gathered on Monday night near the Quetigny Olympic swimming pool. They called it “visual communication” and “fires of rage”. According to the demonstrators, there were almost 300 people.
This is not their first attempt. In January 2024, during the “first action” of the agricultural movement, demonstrators created a large SOS, visible from the sky, at the Pouilly-en-Auxois-Mâconge airport.

But this time, fires were not more neutral from the tractors, it was finally with flames and smoke that the other SOS farmers created. This change in approach seems to indicate an even more alarming situation.
