The Protagonisti per la città association by its nature is close to issues concerning citizens and the
territory on which they live daily. Our association has been collecting for some time
indications, especially those coming from people with disabilities, so that i
sidewalks can be walked on without hindering anyone. This is for the waste they can
be at the foot of the bins for uncollected dog waste.
The association has been working for some time and in concert with the Secury Manager Giampaolo Dotto, with
the assent of councilor Cepparello, to the presentation of a motion concerning accessibility
and cleaning of sidewalks.
The aforementioned motion deals with walking safety, respect for people with disabilities and
people in wheelchairs, strollers, children’s hygiene (and not only), who come across excrement
canines, hoping for concerted actions with Aaamps in schools and throughout the city with
ad hoc awareness campaigns through “Protagonists” testimonials.
Protagonists for the city is particularly sensitive to these problems whose solutions are relevant
importance for the decorum of the city and for the quality of life of citizens.
Further awareness-raising actions will be necessary regarding the collection of their faeces
dogs and the correct use of waste material but also greater controls to sanction behavior
and incorrect uses.
Waste disposal stations and organizing community cleanup events. Additionally, we have launched awareness campaigns through social media and local events to educate the public on the importance of keeping sidewalks clean and accessible for all.
